Roto-Vap Distiller / Evaporator (R-VDE) Flash Distillers (R-VFD)

                For use on schedule or toxic liquid wastewater materials, where there are high costs involved in disposing of the schedule or toxic wastewater. Treated wastewater from the process is able to directly meet regulation standards

•                 Able to treat many types of schedule or toxic liquid wastewater
•                 Ability by using the partial condensation distillation process to recover highly volatile compounds such as solvents and IPA, etc
•                 Able to reduce liquid waste volume being sent to waste disposal companies by as much as ninety (90) per cent thus reducing disposal costs
•                 Available in single-effect or multi-effect configurations and thermo vapor recompression (TVR) or mechanical vapor recompression (MVR) to reduce energy consumption
•                 Available for wastewater throughputs of 1.0m³/hr to 20m³/hr, larger capacities available upon request
•                 The unique proprietary inlet nozzle arrangement allows distillation and evaporation to occur in one third of the calandria tube length compared to conventional tubular distiller / evaporators, thus allowing installation in low roof factories or areas where there are height limitations whilst also reducing capital costs
